I had participated this team building trip at Johor Bahru, Desaru it was organised by our lecturers and seniors. team building is an action or process of causing a group of people to work together effectively as a team, especially by means of activities and events designed to increase motivation and promote cooperation. So, our seniors had arranged us into several groups with other people. Thus, we can get to know new friends and work everything together. This trip had encouraged me to be more sociable,friendly,confident to make new friends and teamwork skills as well.
